Shipping & Processing

Most Boarding House orders are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Processing time is separate from the time your package spends in transit.

Made-to-order, print-on-demand, and specialty items may require additional processing time. When applicable, estimated processing or fulfillment information will be provided on the individual product page.

Shipping Rates

Standard U.S. shipping for Boarding House-fulfilled orders is $5. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping on Boarding House-fulfilled items. Products fulfilled separately by one of our production partners may have additional shipping charges.

Delivery

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Boarding House is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Boarding House currently ships within the United States. Additional destinations may be added in the future.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
